Dr. Heimlich has drawn upon his extensive experience in environmental education as well as EETAP (Environmental Education and Training Partnership) to assemble this collection of resources. The book (202 pages) consists of six sections, which were "culled" from a series of EETAP Resource Library Info Sheets: Defining Environmental Education, What Makes Education Environmental, Integrating Environmental Education and Formal Education, Environmental Education Beyond Nature Study, Infusing Environmental Education Some Models and Resources for Environmental Education.EETAP's mission has been in part to raise the quality of environmental education and to ensure that high-quality resources are available for teachers in informal and formal settings.
The WMRC Library collection does not circulate. However, anyone may use our materials on site. Library-to-library loans may also be arranged. The Library only loans videos to other libraries when we hold more than one copy. EPA Reports should be available from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency or similar state agencies.
